This page contains the documentation portion of my MSE project. The focus of my project is to parallelize the genetic algorithms in the WEKA library and extend them to use the GENEsYs genetic operators and interface.

This project is developed using interative design. Each iteration represents a sub-project focused on a specific element of the overall project. These sub-projects are integrated as they are required by later iterations. Currently, each sub-project from iterations 1 through 4 are done separately and then integrated for iteration 5.

Documentation in iterative design is usually revised during each iteration to include the new information relating to that iteration. Since the MSE Portfolio schedule requires this documentation in phases, the documentation for each iterative revision has been developed concurrently to correlate with the MSE schedule.
