Overview:

The English Language Program helper is a software that intended to help The English Language Program (ELP) which is an intensive language program associated with Kansas State University, Kansas.

ELP's primary purpose is to provide English instruction to students who are qualified to begin university work but do not meet English proficiency standards for the university. The program also offers English instruction to international students who choose to come for language training only or as a study abroad experience.

The ELP Helper facilitates the input data, and places the international students into proper levels. However, The English Language Program helper consists of two portions: first part is Initial placement in the ELP when students first come to Kansas State University, and the second part is placement of returning students are placed in the appropriate level based on three criteria .In addition, the software can help teachers to recommend students through formal reports for each teacher separately.
