You fear when you fear

Let's set out.
The sky's growing angrier and angrier.
Who cares?
Fears grow when you feed them, never else.
All over the road
Brickbats, broken bottles, pounded glass
Lie scattered. Let them,
Let them all do what they like.
Fears grow when you feed them, never else.
There may be a little blood shed: let it fall.
Fears grow when you feed them.
Let's set out.

You'll see, we'll arrive all right.
Let us go.
Whoever,
Sitting hunched in a room,
Ever reached anywhere?
Let's set out.

i know, the road's getting hotter and hotter.
Let it.
People burn houses: can they burn a road?
I can see
Drops of blood break from their eyes.
Let them fall.
They run away if you just turn and face them.
Their threatening ways are nothing but a sham,
Browbeating, cheating.
Let's set out.
Fears grow when you feed them: otherwise
They're just mare's nests and moonshine.
